Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide!
We are happy to ship to any destination. Shipping for all areas outside our Courier Delivery Network is by Australia Post and shipping costs are calculated by weight and dimensions of your parcel.
Customers have two choices:
1. TNT (recommended for over 3kgs)
2. Australia Post (recommended for 3kg or under)
National Delivery (all other areas within Australia)
Shipping is by Australia Post and is based on weight and dimensions of your parcel. Where possible, we may ship using Pre-paid red (Regular Parcel Post) or yellow (Express Post) satchels to save you time and money. Your shipping cost will be displayed in checkout.
International Delivery
Customers have a choice of Air Mail or Sea Mail. Delivery by Air is the fastest option - usually 10-14 days, depending on location. Delivery by Sea Mail can take up to 3 months. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at Checkout.
Return Policy
Unopened items may be returned, conditional to Live Naturally being notified 48 hours after you have recieved your products. After we have recieved your products we will refund you the full amount you have been charged, minus the shipping fee. Please note the postage fee to return the products must be paid for by the customer.
